Here’s a look at Postal Service employees who received appointments or recognition recently:
• Three employees — Louis A. DiLeo, a master black belt in WestPac Area retail and delivery operations; Scott C. Gantner, a master black belt in processing and distribution operations training and strategy; and Francisco A. Gutierrez, a master black belt in processing and distribution operations strategy and implementation — each completed the Ohio State University’s master black belt certification program.
• Jeannette Y. Grant was named corporate audit and response management manager. She previously served as corporate audit and response program manager.
• Sheena D. Hazel, North Carolina District labor relations manager, was named acting labor relations systems director.
• Phillip E. Kitchings, a finance and analytics program analyst, was named acting budget analyst.
