Customer relations

Coordinators shift to new organization

Customer relations coordinators are now part of the Postal Service’s Customer Experience organization.

Customer relations coordinators have a new place in USPS.

The coordinators now report to the Customer Experience organization, under the chief customer and marketing officer.

Previously, customer relations coordinators reported to the Retail and Delivery organization.

The change was made to centralize customer relations initiatives under the customer relations structure. The aim is to improve customer relations accountability, support and decision-making.

The change will also provide more career path options for customer relations employees.

Customer relations coordinators will continue to support Post Offices in their geographic area with customer service programs and connecting with the business community.
