Zoom Team Chat is now available for Postal Service employees and contractors with ACE workstations.
The organization is replacing Skype for Business with Zoom Team Chat, which is a similar instant messaging application. Skype for Business will be removed from ACE workstations in February.
To use Zoom Team Chat:
- Open the Zoom app, which can be found by typing “Zoom” in the “Type here to search” box in the lower left of your desktop.
- If you aren’t already signed into Zoom, click the “Sign In With SSO” button. Confirm “usps.zoomgov.com” is listed in the “Sign In With SSO” window and then click “Continue.”
- Click the “Chat” button at the top of the screen.

In addition to Zoom Team Chat, ACE workstation users can use the chat feature in Microsoft Teams.
