New features

TSP to introduce improvements

The TSP Mobile app will allow participants to do just about everything they can using the TSP website.

The Thrift Savings Plan will introduce several features this year to improve participants’ experiences.

The changes will allow participants in the plan, also known as the TSP, to:

Get services on their terms. A virtual assistant will be available 24/7 to help participants find answers to their questions.

Access to a live agent is available during business hours when connected to the TSP Mobile app or when logged into My Account.

See information more clearly. Participants’ account summaries will display their investments clearly, and the navigation menu will make it easier for participants to find and use account management tools.

Participants will also find the functions they’re used to — and several new ones — in a responsive, mobile-friendly environment.

Access on-the-go resources. With the TSP Mobile app, participants can do just about everything they’d be able to do if they were signing in through the TSP website.

Complete more transactions online. Participants will be able to complete forms, sign their name electronically, make loan payments and do more with easy and secure processes.

To learn more about the features, go to the TSP website or call the ThriftLine Service Center at 877-968-3778 weekdays 7 a.m.-9 p.m. The TDD number is 877-847-4385.
