Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming virtual cooking demonstration.
The session, “Make and Take Healthy Bowl Demonstration,” will be held Tuesday, March 29, at noon EDT.
Representatives from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will show how to use vegetables and grains to create satisfying, healthy meals.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, instructions will be emailed to each registrant.
Following the session, every registrant will receive an email with a link to an archived recording of it.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
