Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Krista L. Becker was named mailing services director. She previously served as new solutions manager.
• Thomas O. Billington III was named Texas 3 District manager. He previously served as Florida 1 District manager.
• Michael Di Pippa was named the Harrisburg, PA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Delaware Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, a role now held by Mack A. Harmon Jr., who previously served as the Harrisburg facility’s distribution operations senior manager.
• Myles D. Donoghue was named the Springfield, MA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Boston Processing and Distribution Center’s distribution operations senior manager.
• Kennard B. Everett II was named the Peachtree, GA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the North Metro, GA, Processing and Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager.
• Bradly J. McCullough Jr., technology programs principal, was named to a special assignment in Package Sorting Technology.
• John L. Onken was named the Mid-Island, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Queens, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, a role now held by Steven A. Grant, who previously served as the Bethpage, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Michael C. Raezler was named IT hardware, network and retail systems executive manager. He previously served as a purchasing and supply management specialist.
• Julia G. Wilbert was named Houston postmaster. She previously served as Baton Rouge, LA, postmaster.
• Mark W. Worrall was named shipping business alliances director. He previously served as regional business alliances manager.
