Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Charlesten E. Anderson, senior distribution operations manager at the South Suburban Processing and Distribution Center in Bedford Park, IL, was named acting plant manager.
• Christopher E. Johnson was named New York Metro Division’s logistics operations director. He previously served as a distribution operations senior manager at the Morgan Processing and Distribution Center in New York City.
• LaTrenda S. Laforest was named finance and budget administration director in the Chief Information Officer organization. She previously served as a financial performance manager.
• Nikki N. Lowe, the Louisville, KY, Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager, was named the Columbus, OH, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting senior plant manager.
• Douglas S. Smith, the Fresno, CA, postmaster, was named acting postmaster in San Jose, CA.
• Webster G. Tottress II, the North Texas Processing and Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager, was named the Cleveland Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.
• Susan E. Wilcox, the Charleston, WV, Processing and Distribution Center’s distribution operations manager, was named acting plant manager.
• Joseph S. Yuson, the Sacramento, CA, postmaster, was named Los Angeles postmaster. Angela L. Bye, an operations integration manager in Denver, was named acting postmaster in Sacramento.
