National Postal Forum

‘NPF 2.0’ will be second event this year

“NPF 2.0: Making Connections” will offer educational workshops, roundtable discussions and more.

The National Postal Forum, or NPF, is holding its second virtual conference of 2021 from Sept. 20-22.

“NPF 2.0: Making Connections” is a chance for attendees from the Postal Service and leading business organizations to network, learn about new developments and take part in educational workshops.

USPS will offer several, including sessions on direct mail, data tracking, professional development, mail operations and trends in the mailing industry.

Among those expected to attend include representatives from the banking, health care, manufacturing and travel industries as well as schools, universities and nonprofits.

Roundtable discussions led by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy with executive leaders from USPS will take place Monday, Sept. 20, and Tuesday, Sept 21.

“Attending NPF is a great opportunity to hear firsthand from USPS executives about new products, promotions and initiatives to help customers grow their business,” said Corporate Affairs Vice President Judy de Torok.

NPF is a not-for-profit educational corporation founded in 1968 to ensure open lines of communication between USPS and business customers.

Registration is now open at NPF.org. The cost is $149 for industry representatives; Postal Service employees who wish to participate should check with a manager or supervisor.
