• Wendy M. McLlwain, senior plant manager at the Suburban Maryland Processing and Distribution Center in Gaithersburg, was named acting Capital District manager.
• Carlos Nunez, South Jersey District’s operations programs support manager, was named acting Central Pennsylvania District manager.
• Sherrod M. Stanard, plant manager at the Southern Maryland Processing and Distribution Center in Capitol Heights, was named acting plant manager at the Suburban Maryland Processing and Distribution Center.
• Richmond, VA, Postmaster Edward B. Williamson was named Baltimore’s acting Postmaster.
