Here’s a look at some recent changes in the USPS leadership ranks:
• Rocky Argel, the San Francisco Network Distribution Center’s distribution operations manager, was named the Northern California Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
• Peter Avery, a Northeast Area network operations analyst, was named the New Jersey Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
• Paul Gaudette, in-plant support manager at the Central Massachusetts Processing and Distribution Center in Shrewsbury, was named the Springfield, MA, Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
• Victoria Gibbs, a Capital Metro Area senior network operations analyst, and Jacqueline Little, a Washington, DC, distribution operations supervisor, were named the Capital Metro Surface Transfer Center’s acting managers.
• Charles Hochstein, a contracting officer with Supply Management, was one of 16 people recognized internationally as a fellow by the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers for 2020. The recognition is based on his success developing and implementing supply chain techniques to obtain best value automation and information technology services for the Postal Service.
• Jose Pangan, a Pacific Area network operations analyst, was named the Southern California Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
• Jose Roman, transportation/networks manager at the Tampa, FL, Processing and Distribution Center, was named the Seminole, FL, Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
• Bernadette Tuggle, a National Operations Command Center specialist, was named the Atlanta Surface Transfer Center’s acting manager.
