Webinar to be held Nov. 3

The Nov. 3 webinar will address weight management during the holiday season.

Need help avoiding dreaded holiday weight gain? If so, you can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn ways to stay healthy during the most wonderful time of the year.

The session, “Hold the Stuffing,” will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3, at noon EDT.

GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will conduct the webinar. Two of the organization’s representatives, Coletta Meyer and Ashlee Zeiler, will provide helpful nutrition and physical activity tips to keep you on track during the holiday season.

Employees interested in participating should use the Google Chrome browser to register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the webinar, all participants will receive an email with a link to an archived recording of the webinar, along with the slides.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
