Scanning snapshot. The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 96.83 percent during the week ending July 24, down slightly from one week earlier.
Western led the seven areas with a 97.38 percent rating, while Pacific ranked seventh with a 96.5 percent score.
Among the 67 districts, Dakotas (98.69 percent) ranked first and Caribbean (89.1 percent) finished last.
Scanning data allows customers to track their mail and packages, which helps USPS deliver excellent service, boost loyalty and drive revenue.

Pacific press. The Postal Service recently mailed Pacific Area Update’s latest issue to employees in the area.
