The Postal Service has introduced Blue and LiteBlue pages with resources to help educate employees about the coronavirus pandemic.
Both pages feature videos and Link articles on the topic, as well as workplace posters and information sheets from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Blue page also has mandatory stand-up talks.
The Blue page is available on any computer connected to the USPS network, while the LiteBlue page can be viewed on any computer with an internet connection.
Corporate Communications manages the pages and plans to update them regularly, part of the Postal Service’s effort to keep employees informed about the coronavirus and COVID-19, the disease associated with the virus.
USPS is regularly sharing guidance from CDC, including listing the actions that people can take to reduce the chances of getting COVID-19 or spreading it.
Last week, Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan released a special video message with the latest information for employees.
In addition to the employee resources, USPS is keeping customers informed through posters in Post Offices, service alerts on usps.com and special messages through Informed Delivery.
The new coronavirus was identified late last year in Wuhan, China, and has been spreading around the world, including the United States.
