Informed Delivery. The Postal Service is reminding employees they can sign up for Informed Delivery, a free feature that allows users to preview their incoming mail and manage their packages from computers, smartphones and other devices.

More than 18 million people use Informed Delivery.

USPS wants to have 40 million users by the end of 2020.

Increasing the number of subscribers will help the Postal Service attract businesses that want to add interactive content to Informed Delivery emails, which will extend the “life” of the businesses’ mailpieces, keep mail relevant and boost postal revenue.

You can sign up at informeddelivery.usps.com.

Sign-up is voluntary.

Postal Bulletin. The Postal Bulletin’s Aug. 15 edition has back-to-school safety reminders for USPS employees, as well as updates to the policies, procedures and policies.
