The Postal Service recently honored 12 businesses for their performance and support of the organization’s mission.
The companies received Supplier Performance Awards in five categories: performance, excellence, innovation, sustainability and supplier council excellence. A list of the honorees is available on LiteBlue.
Chief Financial Officer Joe Corbett presented the awards during a ceremony April 17 in Potomac, MD.
“The Postal Service is proud to honor these 12 businesses for their contributions to our organization,” Corbett said. “They each help us to achieve bottom-line savings, strengthen our performance and deliver for our customers.”
The Postal Service spent more than $12.9 billion for transportation, supplies, services, facilities and equipment with more than 15,000 suppliers during 2018.
