Lilburn, GA, Rural Carrier Associate Alexus Barden-Mason is one of many USPS employees who will be showcased through the Peek into Peak initiative.

The Postal Service is shining a spotlight on its employees during this year’s holiday season.

Peek into Peak, a new communications initiative, will feature images and quotes from employees who discuss how they contribute to USPS during the holidays.

These messages will be delivered each weekday through multiple communications channels, including Link emails, Postal Vision monitors inside USPS facilities, the tickertape scroll on ACE computers and the Lead to Win newsletter.

Additionally, the Postal Service has introduced a Peek into Peak LiteBlue page where all the messages will be posted.

Peek into Peak is part of the organization’s broader efforts to empower and engage employees and deliver world-class customer experiences, two core strategies.

USPS also has sent a mailer to employees’ homes to highlight the important role they play during the holiday season, and the organization has introduced an internal site where employees can see this year’s holiday TV and radio commercials, direct mailpieces, retail signage and other marketing materials.
