The Postal Service wants you to remember that counseling and other services are available through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
If you need to talk to someone, you can call EAP’s toll-free number at 800-327-4968 (800-EAP-4YOU). The TTY number is 877-492-7341. Counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
