Universal Profile is an optional profile page within HERO that includes your contact information, reporting structure and work location.
The tool allows you to connect with colleagues who have similar skills and interests, share career aspirations with your manager, and track your professional development goals.
You can also use a Universal Profile to develop a resume that showcases your experience and to better understand the professional goals of employees who report to you.
Additionally, by setting up a Universal Profile, you’ll be better equipped to take advantage of new features within the HERO system as they become available.
