All employees who are enrolled in a health plan through USPS have access to free preventive care services each year.

Have you had your checkup this year? If not, there are only four-and-a-half months left to complete your annual preventive care visit.

All employees who are enrolled in a health plan through USPS have access to free preventive care services each year when they see an in-network provider.

“Seeing your doctor once a year for your free preventive care visit can help you manage small health issues before they become more serious. We encourage you to take control of your health and your health benefits,” said Benefits and Wellness Manager Erica Hayton.

If you aren’t sure what’s included in a preventive care visit, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site offers a prevention checklist that includes a list of services, insurance information and more. You can also look at your health plan’s brochure.

The Wellness LiteBlue page has additional health and benefits information.
