Scanning snapshot. The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.64 percent during the week ending Nov. 24, down from one week earlier.
Dakotas (98.96 percent) topped the districts, while Western (98.05 percent) led the areas.

Earl Musick, an Eastern Area employee engagement ambassador and cartoonist, has created many holiday coloring pages over the years for Post Offices to share with employees, customers and their children.
This year’s holiday page was inspired by the Christmas Carols stamps.
