Letter Carrier Roger Stufflebeam was delivering mail recently in Canton, IL, when he saw a woman in a wheelchair stopped on a sidewalk. She was in the path of a large work truck, which started to back up, its driver apparently unaware she was there. The postal employee ran toward the truck, yelling for the driver to stop, which he did — with just inches to spare. Stufflebeam made sure the woman was OK before returning to his route.
