A postal customer in Owosso, MI, recently got help quickly in a diabetes-related emergency, thanks to a concerned letter carrier. Jeffrey Weber was delivering mail when he noticed the man asking the same questions repeatedly, exhibiting symptoms of a seizure, and falling when he tried to stand. Weber called 911 and later learned that his intervention may have prevented the man from going into a diabetic coma.
