Effective immediately, postal retail units must complete the new USPS gift card destruction form for all cards that are damaged, opened or activated but not sold. The original completed form and the cards must be sent by Priority Mail to the address listed on the form. Units should retain a copy of each form, which is available through the online RSS Toolkit.
