USPS is preparing for another successful Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) as kickoffs encouraging employees to “Show Some Love” get underway.
Speaking at the recent headquarters kickoff, Finance and Planning VP and 2016 CFC Vice Chair Luke Grossmann said, “I have no doubt this will be one of our best campaigns ever.”
Grossmann was joined by keynote speaker Deputy Postmaster General Ronald Stroman.
“I learned about the Combined Federal Campaign — a phenomenal program — early in my career and have donated to its charities ever since,” said Stroman. “If there is a cause you care about, CFC has a charity that could use your help.”
Other CFC kickoffs are helping employees show love across the nation.
“We had a tremendous turnout, the largest we’ve had in years,” said New York City CFC Chair Roxanne Hosein of a recent New York kickoff.
The CFC, the world’s largest charity drive, has raised more than $8 billion since it began in 1961, including $177 million last year.
Local representatives will share more details throughout the campaign. The CFC site has additional information.
