USPS leaders will meet with more than 12,000 business customers across the nation during the week of Sept. 19 to thank them and discuss ways to grow the mailing and shipping industry.
The meetings will be part of National Postal Customer Council (PCC) Week, an annual event that brings participants together to get training, stay on top of mail innovations, and learn how to develop more effective, efficient and profitable mailings.
This year’s theme, “Tune In To,” underscores the value of tuning into the PCCs to hear what business customers have to say.
Throughout the week, local PCCs will host sessions featuring USPS leaders, including PMG Megan J. Brennan, who will address the Greater Dallas and Fort Worth PCCs.
The Greater Dallas PCC received the PCC of the Year Award (large market) in 2015.
Brennan also discusses the importance of collaboration in a video message that will be played at PCC Week events.
“We pursue strategies together that create value and deliver higher returns for your mail and e-commerce investments. Together, we will grow this industry and grow our businesses,” Brennan says.
There are more than 155 PCCs throughout the nation, including many that will hold joint events throughout the week.
