USPS employees will soon receive a postcard that has important information about the next Postal Pulse survey.
The postcard announces the survey will be conducted in October and lists key attributes, including the survey’s flexibility (employees are given multiple ways to complete it) and brevity (it generally takes less than 5 minutes to complete).
“This is an opportunity for us to learn more about what our employees think about their workplace environment,” the postcard states.
USPS is mailing the postcard to each employee’s address of record this week. The postcards should begin arriving around Sept. 16.
The Employee Engagement LiteBlue site has more information about the Postal Pulse. Additional details will be provided before the survey begins Oct. 4.
