Reminder: The Postal Service requires employees who handle payment card information to complete a combination of courses depending on their role and system access.
These courses meet the payment card industry data security standards, a set of industry requirements to help organizations protect customer data when conducting credit card transactions.
Four courses must completed by July 15:
- Protecting Payment Cardholder Data (course number 10022027) is required for employees who perform credit and debit card transactions.
- Protecting Payment Information: Back Office Training (course number 10023203) is required for clerks and supervisors who process credit and debit card transactions.
- Open Web Application Security Project Top 10 (course number 10021914) is required for payment card information application developers.
- PCI Administrator Security Awareness (course number 10024851) is required for payment card information system, database and network administrators.
