The Postal Service is expanding Informed Visibility, a platform that provides businesses with data and analytics that help them improve their marketing efforts.
Mail tracking functionalities from IMb Tracing for Intelligent Mail barcodes and PostalOne will be added to Informed Visibility this summer, providing commercial mailers with additional insights into their mail flows.
IMb Tracing helps mailers track letters and flats, while PostalOne offers a range of online services for business mailers.
“This expansion will allow our customers to more effectively plan and manage their mailings, which will increase the value of mail for senders and recipients,” said Enterprise Analytics VP Isaac Cronkhite.
The migration of mail tracking functionality from IMb Tracing and PostalOne to the Informed Visibility platform will occur in stages from July through October.
Employees who have questions should consult the Informed Visibility RIBBS site or email the Informed Visibility help desk.
