Eastern Area VP Joshua Colin has received the LeGree Daniels Heritage Award, a prestigious honor from African-American Postal League United for Success (A-PLUS).
The organization presents the award to individuals who are positive role models, support diversity and display exemplary service.
The award is named after a former member of the Postal Service Board of Governors who was an advocate for civil rights and diversity.
“I accept this award named in [Daniels’] honor with such pride,” Colin said at a ceremony last week. “I always believed and have always maintained the importance of developing employees to become leaders.”
Colin, a 29-year USPS veteran, has served as Eastern Area vice president since 2013. He previously served as the area’s manager of operations support and South Jersey District manager.
