All cellular service and support for USPS-issued Sprint smartphones will end May 23.
Sprint users should have switched to new AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon phones earlier this year. Pending carrier change requests must be completed now to retain existing Sprint numbers.
Employees who haven’t submitted carrier changes must submit a request through eAccess for a new device and service. A new wireless number will be assigned.
Any remaining Sprint services will be disconnected May 23. Personal Sprint phones are not affected.
Email USPS-issued Sprint questions to ITMobileComputing@usps.gov for smartphones or USPS-Telecom-Cellular-PMO@usps.gov for feature phones.
