The Annual Leave Exchange (ALE) program allows eligible employees to receive a lump sum payment in exchange for a portion of annual leave that would otherwise be advanced at the beginning of the next leave year. The deadline to enroll this year is Dec. 15 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
