“Stock intransit expenses” are issued for stamp shipments that have been received incorrectly. Retail units can make sure these expenses are offset in fiscal year 2015 by submitting requests by close of business Sept. 27. Select the Stock Intransit Offsetting Expense Request button located on the Accounting Services website to submit a request form.
