USPS continues to hold conferences to help employees seeking guidance on advancing their postal careers.
The meetings, which are held at the district and area levels, include networking sessions where employees meet with senior managers, as well as workshops on topics such as updating eCareer profiles.
“Our goal is to help you unlock the door to personal excellence,” Appalachian District Manager Wendy English told attendees at a recent conference.
The conferences are part of a larger effort to provide the Postal Service workforce with more professional development opportunities.
“We are fortunate to work for a great organization — one that allows us to be creative and innovative within our industry, and one that derives its strength from each of us,” English said.
