National performance continues upward trend

The national performance score reached 96.68 percent during the week ending April 10, up sharply from the previous week.

Here are the area and district standings, as of April 15:

  • Areas. Western, with a rating of 97.09 percent, ranked first for the eighth consecutive week. Capital Metro (96.97 percent) moved up three spots to take second, followed by Southern (96.73 percent).
  • Districts. Dakotas, with a rating of 97.77 percent, assumed the top spot. Portland (97.74 percent) finished second while Greater Boston (97.68 percent) took third.

Scanning allows customers to track their packages and other mail. It also helps the Postal Service boost efficiency and strengthen network management.

Scores and standings change continually. To see the latest results, go to the Enterprise Analytics site and use the Scanning menu bar to select Scan Scores DES 2.
