Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Nagisa Manabe will leave the Postal Service effective May 22, after three years as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

PMG Megan Brennan said Manabe has been “a strong leader” for the Postal Service. “Nagisa elevated our approach to pricing, product and service development, and marketing strategy,” said Brennan. “She brought the organization closer to our customers through a higher level of engagement.”

Manabe led her teams in reinvigorating USPS advertising and marketing efforts, and oversaw the successful Priority: You branding and the recent holiday advertising campaign. Her marketing leadership extended to the stamps program, including the introduction of limited-edition stamps.

“Nagisa strengthened our customer partnerships and relationships,” said Brennan. “She helped the organization sharpen its focus on both our business customers and our end customer, the consumer.”
