Employees are reminded that Value-Added Refunds (VARs) are no longer processed by retail units and must be entered through PostalOne by Business Mail Entry Units. Retail units should not submit PS Form 3533, Application for Refund of Fees, Products and Withdrawal of Customer Accounts for VARs to the Scanning and Imagining Center.
