More real estate professionals are discovering the value of one of the Postal Service’s most popular products: Every Door Direct Mail.
The service allows businesses to send direct mail to targeted groups. Since Every Door Direct Mail’s introduction in 2011, USPS has handled more than 1 million transactions and has exceeded $1.2 billion in revenue.
In Northern California, Petaluma Customer Service Manager Susan Moore was recently approached by a real estate broker seeking to boost her business.
Moore passed the tip along to San Francisco Business Development Specialist Bill Gossy, who met with the broker and her agents. He explained how they could use Every Door Direct Mail to affordably market their services.
The presentation was so well received, Gossy was asked to address other audiences, including a regional real estate trade group.
It all began with Moore’s initial tip, Gossy said.
“Sometimes a little effort goes a long way in generating revenue,” he said.
