Link does a fantastic job of putting a personal perspective on the Postal Service, and I loved “His big heart grew USPS Operation Santa,” about former New York City postmaster Albert Goldman. It’s one of the best I have read! It not only shows the human interest aspect but also the innovation and deep personal connection so many of us have with our positions within the Post Office.
